Vol of silver = $\mathrm{\pi R}2h$  = 66 C.C  

Given D= 1mm => R = D/2 = 1/20 cm  

=> $\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{1}{20}2\times h$ = 66

= 66 x 400 x (7/22) = 8400 cm = 84 mtrs.
